Target Student: Students with a foundational understanding of Excel 1 2019 but also desiring to utilize higher-level functionality.

Course Prerequisites: To ensure success, students should have completed Microsoft Excel 2019 level 1, have the equivalent knowledge/experience or pre-test with the required knowledge.

  • Visualize data with charts
  • Use PivotTables and PivotCharts

Target Student: Students with a foundational understanding of Excel 2019 levels 1 and 2 but also desiring to utilize higher-level functionality. Students are likely need to troubleshoot large, complex workbooks, automate repetitive tasks, engage in collaborative partnerships involving workbook data, construct complex Excel functions, and use those functions to perform rigorous analysis of extensive, complex datasets.

Target Student: Students with little or no computer experience who desire to become more computer literate.

Target Student: This course is designed for computer users who are moving from working off-line to working online as well.
Course Prereguisites: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and at least a basic knowledge of computing.
Course Objectives:

  • Identify the differences between Microsoft Office and Office 365
  • Understanding concepts of online collaboration
  • Gaining knowledge of additional applications offered through Office 365
  • Create, edit and share documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote Online

Target Student: This course is designed for persons who need to know how to use Outlook as an Email client to manage their email, communications, calendar events, contact information, and tasks.
Course Prerequisites: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Navigate Outlook to read and respond to email
  • Use the Address Book and format and spell check new messages
  • Attach files and insert illustrations to messages
  • Customize read and response options
  • Use flags, categories, and folders to organize messages
