Web sponsorship/technology sponsorship: This sponsorship places your company’s logo on our website as our website sponsor for the year and will provide physical presence in our computer lab where people take online classes, do job searches, and work on their resumes.

One community training at the Delta Marriott with meal for up to 50 people / advertising rights: We do one community training per month that helps the community as a whole understand poverty, develop mentorship programming, and decide how to accomplish volunteer and mission ideas.

In 2022, these trainings will be held at the Delta Marriott hotel in Ashland, KY, and a catered dinner will be provided by The Winchester restaurant. This will accommodate 30 to 50 people.

As well as promotional sponsorship material at the event, your company will also be promoted on the website for the entire year as the main sponsor for that training, and we will promote your company for the entire month surrounding that event. You will also receive a free table (seating for 6) for training.

One employment set up (Birth cert, SS Card, Cell Phone, and ID): Each homeless or impoverished client that comes into the Opportunity Center often stays homeless for lack of 250.00. That is the amount that it takes to get someone a birth certificate, social security card, photo ID, and cell phone. Without which they can not gain employment. You are making this person immediately employable by donating this amount.

Workwear, resume, and interview prep for one person: Many clients come into the Opportunity Center for their first job or a new career. For students, new graduates, or people changing employment, this donation provides them a professional resume’, industry appropriate clothing, and practice interview time with HR professionals.

Part of the service we offer is local transportation to and from work for people struggling with that aspect of employment. We are currently saving up to purchase a vehicle and fleet card for fuel, as well as the ability to pay a driver. Until such time as we can get our transportation program going, we utilize willing volunteers to provide rides, purchase monthly bus passes, and sometimes purchase bicycles for newly employed individuals. This donation helps with the cost of these items.
